RECAP: Bigay Puso sa Pasko 2024

Bigay Puso sa Pasko's community of supporters continues to grow with our first Los Angeles event

2024 marks the 14th year of Bigay Puso sa Pasko, our annual Christmas outreach program for children in underserved communities in the Philippines.

We are grateful to see our community of supporters grow each year, with our first ever in-person event held in Los Angeles on December 21, 2025. Our friend and longtime supporter, SOSUPERSAM, partnered with Chinatown After Dark to host an event at Far East Plaza in Chinatown, Los Angeles, featuring a toy and book drive, holiday market curated by Filled Market, delicious food from local vendors, and DJ sets from SOSUPERSAM and friends. The event also featured a special Pasko Burger created by Chef Alvin Cailan in collaboration with SOSUPERSAM - a Filipino Christmas themed burger shaped as a parol (a star shaped lantern).

Thank you to all who attended and donated at the door. All donations we received this year, from those who attended the Chinatown After Dark Event, as well as our direct donors, provided Jollibee meals, grocery packages, and toys for over 550 kids that participated in our program in the following communities:

Poblacion, Makati (Annex House)

Payatas, Quezon City (Lupang Pangako Elementary School)

Orani, Bataan (Aeta indigneous tribe)

Lourdes, Quezon City (D. Tuazon Elementary School)

Sitio Culasisi, Antipolo (Mountain View Free Learning Center)
